Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives; maintain content calendars.
  • Content Management: Create, curate, and schedule unique, platform-specific content (text, images, video) with relevant hashtags.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to comments, messages, and foster community interaction; manage influencers.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) using tools like Google Analytics; identify trends.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and design teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, tools, and social media trends. 
  • Note: This is an unpaid internship. The interns will be provided with internship certificate at the end of internship period.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or having completed Bachelor's degree.
  • Digital Marketing certificate is desired but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve
  • Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. 
  • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. 
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. 
  • identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Preferred Qualification & Skills:

  • Pursuing or having completed Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, computer applications, business administration.
  • Confidence working with data and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of data mining is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation

  • Pitch Book Creation: Compiling and formatting presentations (PowerPoint) for client pitches, often involving updating charts and data.
  • Market & Industry Research: Conducting due diligence, analyzing market trends, and gathering data for reports.
  • Data Analysis: Interpreting financial statements and turning numbers into actionable insights.
  • Supporting Teams: Assisting analysts and associates with daily tasks, managing data, and ensuring accuracy.

    • Valuation Techniques (DCF, Comps, Precedents).
  • Soft Skills:

    • Work Ethic: High motivation, resilience, and ability to handle long hours.
    • Attention to Detail: Crucial for avoiding costly errors.
    • Teamwork & Adaptability: Thriving in dynamic, collaborative settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Organize and execute creative recruitment drives (posting jobs, creating awareness, screening resumes, scheduling interviews) to hire the right talent fit for Universal Business Solutions.
  • Employee Relations: Supporting positive work environments by assisting with onboarding, handling employee queries, organizing engagement activities, helping with conflict resolution, and managing sensitive employee data and communications, acting as a bridge between staff and management to ensure fair treatment and policy adherence.
  • Employee Data Management: Update and create employee databases, maintain accurate records, handle data entry.
  • Administrative Duties: File HR documents, prepare reports/presentations, manage HR communications, respond to staff inquiries.
  • Note: This is an unpaid internship. The interns will be provided with internship certificate at the end of internship period.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or having completed Bachelor's degree. MBA is preferable.
  • Data Entry, familiarity and experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Strong organizational skills.
